No new deaths were reported Sunday. the state has reported four deaths from COVID-19 — one in Fond du Lac County, one in Ozaukee County and two in Milwaukee County.

Despite the continued increase in the number of cases, Governor Tony Evers on Friday said there are no plans to issue a “shelter in place” type order, as several other states have.

“I believe we’ll be able to avoid that,” Evers said in a conference call with reporters Friday. “The people of Wisconsin are taking this seriously. What we have going is working and will continue to work.”
