MADISON, Wis. – Officials are asking for the public’s help in finding a teenager who has a medical condition.
Madison police said Rashmila Modaff, 13, was last seen around 8 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of East Washington Avenue.
Rashmila is Asian, about 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has long dark brown hair, brown eyes and braces with pink rubber bands.
According to the report, she was last seen wearing a shiny brown North Face jacket and gray leggings or pants with a black stripe containing the brand name “Pink.”
Anyone who sees Rashmila or has information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911. Police said there is concern for her welfare as she is without her medication.
