Aaron Rodgers has joined the Milwaukee Bucks ownership group. The team announced on Friday night that the two time MVP will join the ownership group as a limited partner.

Rodgers has been a regular at Bucks games throughout his tenure with the Packers. He is often the recipient of thunderous applause when shown on the Bradley Center big screen.

Rodgers called the moment “a dream come true”.

Rodgers is the first active NFL player to become an owner of an NBA team. The move comes as the Bucks prepare to close the Bradley Center and move into their yet-to-be named new arena for the 2018-19 season.

The Bucks are currently tied 2-2 in their series with the Boston Celtics following a huge win yesterday in Milwaukee and head to Boston for game five tomorrow.
