Ashley Saunders is an HR professional on the Talent Strategy & Inclusion Team at Exact Sciences. A Chicago transplant to Madison, Ashley focuses on corporate recruitment, community engagement, inclusion, and internal equity. Starting as a Recruiter with Exact Sciences, Ashley has hired more than 250 employees within the last two years in positions ranging from entry level to senior leadership.
With several years of experience in the field of talent acquisition, Ashley is passionate about attracting and, most importantly, retaining diverse talent to the Madison area.
