The Madison Black Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of the 11th annual Madison Black Restaurant Week (MBRW), recognizing community favorites across five categories.
The annual campaign celebrates the flavors, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of Black-owned culinary businesses throughout South Central Wisconsin. Each year, community members are invited to dine at, order from and vote for their favorite Black-owned food businesses.
Nearly 500 ballots were cast during this year’s campaign, according to a press release from the Madison Black Chamber, with participants recognizing their favorite businesses in five award categories. The honors highlight both culinary offerings and community support for local food entrepreneurs.
The 2026 Madison Black Restaurant Week winners are:
- Favorite Restaurant: Fya Syde Kitchen
- Favorite Caterer: Marys Kitchen
- Favorite Food Truck: Sista’s Chicken & Fish
- Favorite Dessert Specialist: We Cake’n Bundt & Pound Cakes
- Favorite Taste of the Jamboree: House of Flavas
“We are thrilled to recognize the hard-working businesses that infuse South Central Wisconsin with culture, flavor, and entrepreneurship,” said Camille Carter, president and CEO of the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce, in a press release. “MBRW gives us an opportunity to explore Black-owned food businesses, celebrate the people behind the food, and experience the traditions and creativity they bring to our community.”
Carter encouraged community members to continue supporting Black-owned food businesses throughout the year. “Supporting local food entrepreneurs is a recipe for connection, economic vitality, and vibrant communities,” she said.
