The Madison Police Department is asking for help locating a missing 11-year-old boy.
Officials said Dominique Hale needs to be on his medication or he could become very ill. He was reported missing around 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, according to a news release from police.
Hale lives in the 1600 block of Wright Street in Madison. He is described as standing about 4 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 90 pounds.
Police said there is no evidence that Hale is the victim of foul play, but there is concern for his welfare because of his medical condition.
Anyone who sees Dominique or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
