Nepherterra Best will moderate a panel titled “The Me in Media: Reflections on Representation” on Monday, October 10, the first day of the 2022 Wisconsin Leadership Summit.

Nepherterra ‘Neph’ Estrada Best is a seasoned entrepreneur and public relations professional who is passionate about building authentic brands and getting results for her firms’ clients.  During her 17-year PR career, she has successfully managed public relations campaigns in more than 25 industries including financial services, health care, retail, real estate and government. She is founder of Pride PR.

Best earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte and received a MicroMasters Certificate in Strategic Innovation.  She is currently pursuing her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) designation from the Public Relations Society of America.

In addition to Pride PR, Nepherterra is the founder of NewsReleaseNow.com, the only hyper-local press release distribution platform and media pitching service for entrepreneurs, small businesses and nonprofits currently serving Atlanta, Charlotte, Greenville (SC) and Milwaukee.

She has been recognized as a Charlotte Business Journal 2017 40 Under 40 Honoree, she received the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Young Professional Entrepreneur Award as well as the League Young Professionals Leadership Award.
