The 365 Leadership Summit for 2026 will take place on October 19 at the new Center for Black Excellence and Culture, which opened last month on Madison’s South Side.
The ninth annual conference, hosted by 365 Media Foundation and presented by Park Bank, is Wisconsin’s premier professional development, networking and community-building event for current and aspiring leaders across sectors. It will feature more than 20 panels on topics from entrepreneurship to health care to education, all tackled by panelists made up primarily of people of color.
“I’m always grateful and humbled at the number of leaders willing to generously share their time, experience and wisdom with us,” said 365 Media Foundation CEO Henry Sanders. “It’s a perfect opportunity for professional and personal growth, especially in the welcoming space of the Center. It’s going to feel like home .”
The theme for this year’s Summit is “Built to Last,” with conversations geared toward sustainable growth, leadership and equity in institutions.
“I’m thrilled that Madison365 has chosen to host their signature event here at the Center,” said Rev. Dr. Alex Gee, CEO of the Center for Black Excellence and Culture. “This is exactly the kind of gathering we built this place for, to bring current and future leaders together in community.”
“The Wisconsin Leadership Summit is a powerful opportunity to bring people together, elevate diverse voices, and inspire meaningful progress across our state,” said Ken Lammersfeld, Park Bank CEO. “As a longtime supporter, Park Bank is proud to see this year’s summit take place at The Center for Black Excellence & Culture, a space that honors history, celebrates excellence, and reflects the future potential of Wisconsin’s diverse leadership community.”
