Former first lady Michelle Obama has been named America’s most admired woman of 2018, according to a Gallup poll.
Obama is currently touring to promote her recently released autobiography “Becoming.” She will be making a stop in Milwaukee on March 14 as part of her nationwide book tour. Obama won by a significant margin this year, with Oprah Winfrey coming in second, followed by Hillary Clinton and Melania Trump.
This is the first time in 17 years that someone other than Clinton was at the top of the list, according to Gallup.
Former President Barack Obama was the winner among men for the 11th consecutive year, including one year as president-elect, eight as president and two as former president of the United States.
