The state of Wisconsin confirmed 3,626 new coronavirus cases and 10 deaths on Sunday, bringing the total death toll to 1,778.
The seven-day positive test rate remained steady at 24.5, down from 24.6 on Saturday.
The total number of cases ever confirmed in Wisconsin is now 194,540, of which more than 40,000 — about 21% — are considered active.
The seven-day average of new cases is now 4,046. The seven-day average of deaths is now 29.14..
Four of today’s 10 deaths occurred in Oneida County. Marathon and Milwaukee Counties each reported two deaths, and Adams and Winnebago Counties each reported one.
Additionally, previous deaths reported in Washington and Waupaca Counties were removed from the data, so the state’s total death toll rose by eight to 1,778.
All counties’ new case counts are below. The highest local new case count came in Milwaukee County with 852.
