The Urban League of Greater Madison’s 12th annual Unity Picnic will take place Saturday, July 25, noon-4 p.m., outside of the Urban League of Greater Madison (ULGM), 2222 and 2352 Park Street in South Madison.
The Unity Picnic 2026 will include live performances from DJ Wayne Wonder, Cigarette Break, Yancyy & Leotha Stanley, as well as delicious food from BP Smokehouse and Kipp’s Catering. There will be additional family-friendly activities, special guests, and surprises planned, according to a press release from ULGM.
Various resources will be available, including a youth area, informational booths, The Hub Marketplace, and more. There will be a variety of free giveaways and activities to captivate and entertain kids and adults of all ages from start to finish
Volunteers are needed to assist with the picnic. Multiple shifts and roles are available, including setup, cleanup, food service, youth area, and more. For more information, click here.
