The 6-foot-5 sophomore guard became the first Wisconsin Badger to ever win the Jerry West Award. Davis recently announced that he will declare for the 2022 NBA draft and forgo his remaining collegiate eligibility.

“I would like to thank my teammates and coaches for being able to help me be the player that I am and win this award,” Davis said in a statement. “None of this is possible without the unforgettable season that we had this year.”

He averaged 19.7 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.2 steals in 31 games as he helped lead the Badgers to a share of the Big 10 regular-season title.
