The State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported 49 new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 155 – a 46 percent increase overnight.
In Dane County, 27 positive cases are reported, up from 23 as of Wednesday.
The sharpest increase came in Milwaukee County, where 15 new cases were reported, bringing the total to 62.
