15th Annual Madison Blues Society’s Blues Picnic will take place Saturday, June 17, noon-9 p.m. at Warner Park, 2930 N Sherman Ave.
Madison’s premier outdoor BLUES event is heading your way and will get underway at noon with Milwaukee guitarist Luke M Cerny playing some stripped down solo blues. Madison’s own Madtown Mannish Boys take it up at 12:50p, followed by newly-minted WAMI-award winning Big N Tasty Blues Band at 2:25 p.m., and The Norman Jackson Band at 4:45 p.m. – both making rare Madison appearances. This year’s headliner is the one and only Brandon Santini from Memphis playing TWO sets beginning at 6:35 p.m.
This event is held rain or shine and is free.
