Brown County United Way Chief Operating Officer Rashad Cobb will lead a panel titled “Innovative Non-Profit Models: Beyond Traditional Frameworks” on October 28 at the 365 Leadership Summit presented by UW Credit Union.

This discussion will showcase innovative non-profit models and approaches that break from traditional methods, including social enterprise models, collective impact initiatives, and digital-first strategies.

The seventh annual summit will take place October 28 and include more than 20 panel discussion on a wide range of topics, as well as the largest-ever 365 Leadership Community Choice Awards. Registration is open now at this link.

Rashad serves as Chief Operating Officer for Brown County United Way, where he is responsible for working with the President & CEO to implement the organization’s strategic plan and provide management of the organization’s operations.

Nonprofit work calls Rashad because it provides an opportunity to contribute to community while continually building and building upon relationships with partners that enhance the quality of life for residents in the Greater Green Bay community.

Rashad currently serves as a City of Green Bay Police and Fire Commission commissioner and in 2022 he was named Green Bay Citizen of the Year.
