Madison-based lifestyle brand Intellectual Ratchet (IR) will host “A Holiday Brunch” at The Tip Top Tavern on Saturday, Dec. 12, 9 a.m.-noon. What better way for IR to thank its family of supporters for “embracing the contradiction” than breaking bread together over a festive holiday meal?

The Tip Top Tavern’s chefs will put a unique spin on their delectable menu, with brunch fare and cocktails crafted exclusively for “A Holiday Brunch.” Entrees include bourbon-glazed ham benedict and chicken and waffles with Door County cherry special sauce. The Tip Top Tavern’s emphasis on local food and brews gives it a distinct community flavor, and makes it the perfect venue for “A Holiday Brunch.”

Intellectual Ratchet is a lifestyle group with a mission to connect young, urban, professionals who seek an alternative to Madison’s typical nightlife experience. If you enjoyed the laughter and nostalgia induced from #ThanksgivingwithBlackFamilies, why not keep the spirit moving with Intellectual Ratchet? IR reminds us that, “the holidays are a special time of year meant for family and friends — and turning quaint restaurants into our ratchet havens!” Intellectual Ratchet aims to build authentic connections with its supporters as well as partner with Madison-based businesses. The recently expanded Tip Top Tavern, with its soft antique chandelier lighting and textured tray ceilings, offers an ambiance that promotes intimate conversations and fellowship among its patrons.
