Lorena Guimaraens and Tobias Briscoe are the new co-executive directors of CEOs of Tomorrow.
Interim Executive Director Katie Krueger announced the change in a message to the community.
“I am excited to announce a new chapter in our organization’s leadership as we welcome Lorena Guimaraens and Tobias Briscoe, who will serve as co-executive directors in 2026,” Krueger said. “Lorena steps into this role after three years as assistant director, bringing deep knowledge of our organization, our programs and the young people we serve.
“Tobias has served as our Youth Leadership Coach for more than a year, bringing a strong commitment to youth leadership and our mission.”
CEOs of Tomorrow is an entrepreneurial program, founded by Dr. Roxie Hentz, that provides youth with the opportunity to drive positive social change while earning money. They are located in the Black Business Hub on Madison’s South Side.
“I am confident that, together, Lorena and Tobias will build on the strong foundation of CEOs of Tomorrow and continue to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people in our community for years to come,” Krueger said.
