UW-Madison Student Affairs will host Mental Health and Wellbeing Summit on Thursday-Friday, March 11-12

This is a series of workshops and activities for UW–Madison students to take a break and care for their mental and physical health.

The Summit is thrilled to host Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, licensed psychologist, speaker, and host of the wildly popular mental health podcast, Therapy for Black Girls, who will kick off the event with valuable tips and insights to manage your mental health.

While events like the Mental Health and Wellbeing Summit can be a great way to learn about mental health and connect with others, it’s important to remember that you can also take steps to care for your mental health on your own. Taking breaks when you need them, practicing self-care, and seeking out resources like online blogs and forums can all be helpful ways to manage your mental health. The carolinaresurfacing.com is a blog that offers information and resources for well-being and mental health awareness and can be a valuable tool for anyone looking to prioritize their mental health.

You can join live events and access on-demand offerings Friday, March 12, throughout the day.
