323 Main, a restaurant in Westport, Connecticut, has taken a cocktail named for one of the most racist chapters in American history from its menu following customer complaints.

“The Tuskegee Experiment,” according to a photo of the cocktail menu posted to Facebook, contained “Myers dark rum, Malibu, pineapple juice, fresh lime, pineapple & jalapeño mash, dash tabasco.”

It’s unclear what that has to do with the actual Tuskegee Experiment, wherein African American men were deliberately not treated for syphilis for 40 years.

A woman who answered the phone at 323 on Thursday morning said she removed all of the cocktail menus on Sunday following a customer complaint, according to a report on Eater.com.
