Martinez White, founder of Intuition Productions, will return to provide entertainment, music and vibes for the seventh annual 365 Leadership Summit on October 28 at the Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club.
The 365 Leadership Summit, now in its seventh year, is the state’s premier professional development, networking and community-building event. The event will feature more than 20 panel discussions on a wide range of topics, all led by people of color, as well as the sixth annual 365 Leadership Community Choice Awards.
Nearly 700 people attended the sixth 365 Leadership Summit last year.
White is also director of development for the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association and author of the book, “Think Like a DJ: 7 Steps To Spin Poverty Into Prosperity.”
“Dreams are meant to be achieved” is his mantra, and he says the Summit is a great place to foster those dreams.
“What I most appreciated (at the 2023 Summit) was the intergenerational networking component,” he said. “I noticed that there were a lot of young people, high school students, kind of progressive thinkers, able to bridge this 40-year gap with people who were approaching retirement. I like to see the intergenerational network and intermingling. I just think it means so much for the future of sustainable, aggressive growth in our country.”
He also appreciated the multicultural nature of the crowd.
“It feels like a way for us to really find solutions cross culturally, in an environment that is non confrontational,” he said. “It was really welcoming.”
