Footage of a white Massachusetts woman calling the police after she argued with a black man because his dog apparently humped hers has gone viral on social media in the latest incident of white people calling the police on black people for doing everyday things.
In the video, a white woman can be seen calling the cops on a black man, Franklin Baxley, 42, because his dog had humped her dog at the Attleboro Dog Park in Attleboro, Mass.
“When the woman came in, my dog Dusse ran over and humped hers, so I immediately removed him and apologized, explaining that he’s a puppy,” Baxley explained on the video. “She said, ‘I think you need to leave because your dog keeps doing that.’ I said I wasn’t leaving and she took out her phone and called 911. It escalated quick.”

Baxley posted cellphone footage on his Facebook page showing the whole event as it transpired.
“She’s calling the police because my dog humped her dog,” Baxley can be heard saying on the video. “You don’t call the cops on that.
“You heard of BBQ Becky? Because this is the latest one.” Baxley added.
Baxley suggested the woman called the police because he was black.
“I love when you can call the cops on people just because a dog humped your dog,” Baxley said in one video. “No, you know what it is? Because I’m black she decided to call the cops … I bet if I was white you wouldn’t have called the cops.”
The altercation prompted the hashtag #DogParkDebbie, as many have compared it to other incidents in which white people called the police on black people for seemingly no reason, such as swimming in a pool, selling lemonade, or barbecuing in a park.
