Wisconsin State Representative Shelia Stubbs will host “History of Black Suffrage in Wisconsin” on Thursday, Feb. 21, 1-2 p.m. at the Wisconsin State Capitol, 2 E. Main St.
Join us to learn about the history of Black Suffrage in the state of Wisconsin for Black History Month. Presenting will be Dr. Christ Clark-Pujara, an award-winning professor from UW-Madison.
