From the 2025 All American Showcase.

Before they play their first high school game, many of Wisconsin’s brightest young basketball players will share one court.

Dozens of Wisconsin’s top incoming freshmen will gather at the Verona Athletic Center on Friday, Aug. 7, for the TYBC Girls Class of 2030 All American Showcase, an event that brings together many of the state’s brightest young basketball players before they begin their high school careers.

When TYBC released its Wisconsin Girls Class of 2030 Top 75 rankings in January, it recognized many of the athletes expected to shape the next generation of girls basketball in Wisconsin. Seven months later, many of those same players will compete alongside one another in Verona.

The showcase features four All American teams: North, South, East and West, representing communities from across Wisconsin.

While the January Top 75 rankings and the All American teams are separate recognitions, many of Wisconsin’s highest ranked players are expected to take the floor, giving basketball fans an opportunity to see some of the state’s brightest young talent compete in one place. Readers can revisit Madison365’s coverage of   to see the complete list of ranked players.

The South team is highlighted by Madison Morris and also includes Laila Rose, Kanessa Keefer and Kenley Staska.

The North roster features No. 10 ranked Nyagol Riak, along with Arianna Eddins, Cora Lachance and Molly Murphy.

The East team is led by Stella Yarco and also includes Alyse Winzer, Tiana Hill, Chesne Fink and Zariah Le’Flore.

The West squad is highlighted by Rylea Kratky and also features Amerie Crews, Kadence Porter, Ella Nolan and Payten Luna.

While these athletes are preparing to begin their freshman year of high school, many have already become recognizable names throughout Wisconsin’s basketball community through their performances in school and AAU competition. The showcase offers an early glimpse of many of the players expected to shape girls basketball across the state over the next four years.

For TYBC founder Melvin Gates, the showcase is about more than recognizing individual achievement. It’s about introducing the rest of the country to the level of talent developing in Wisconsin.

“It was important to create this event to show the rest of the country the talent that Wisconsin has,” Gates said. “The Class of 2030, and the classes coming after them, have a bunch of generational talent that can become household names and great role models for the kids coming behind them.”

Beyond the All American Game, the event will also feature a 3 Point Competition, with Cora Lachance, Quynn Knaust, Chesne Fink, Arianna Eddins and Zariah Le’Flore already registered to compete.

He hopes the experience leaves a lasting impression on the players.

“I want these kids to experience what it feels like to be an All American as they finish middle school,” he said. “This is the beginning phase of a long journey they are about to embark on as they enter high school.”

Gates also hopes the showcase becomes an annual tradition that future generations of players aspire to be part of.

“I’m excited to keep the All American Game as an annual event,” he said.

Many of these players will spend the next four years competing against one another in gyms across Wisconsin before continuing their basketball careers at the collegiate level. For families, coaches and basketball fans, the showcase offers an opportunity to see many of the state’s future high school standouts before their freshman seasons even begin.
