An Evening with James Baldwin, hosted by Fermat’s Last Theater Co., will take place Thursday, Nov. 14, 7-8:30 p.m. at the Urban League of Greater Madison, 2222 South Park St.
Join us for a reading and discussion of the life and works of one of the most articulate writers and speakers of the last century. Melvin Hinton will read “Letter to My Nephew” and talk about his meetings and conversation with Baldwin, Quanda Johnson will read Baldwin’s poetry, Akiwele Burayidi will dance and Oliver Gomez will be on bass.
