El Dia de los Ninos will be held on Saturday, May 7, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Goodman Community Center.
El Día de Los Niños is celebrated in many Latin American countries. The event is designed to include the whole family in activities for children, and to share community resources with families. There are games, performances, activities, opportunities to meet local officials, and local service agencies.
Hosted by the Latino Children and Families Council. All activities are held in Spanish, but it is not necessary to speak Spanish to volunteer. The event is free.
